Refunds and Returns

To start a return, you can contact us at info@gundamonium.com.

Should you change your mind about owning the product, we have a 7 business day return window after you have received the product to contact us regarding your desire to return the product. 

After 7 business days all sales are considered final, and no refund can be processed.

After we have been informed of your request we will email you a return label, which will include the return address and shipping details on it. After the return has been processed you will be issued a full refund for the initial cost of the product. There is no restocking fee, and we will cover the return costs, however the initial shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Defective or damaged products. 
Please inspect the product once it arrives and contact us within 7 business days to ensure that the product is not damage or defective. Depending on available stock and if you wish we will send you a replacement product free of charge. If no replacements are available, or you simply would like a refund that will be provided to you. 

In the event of a defective or damaged product, if possible we would like the product sent back to us to be returned to the supplier/manufacturer. We will cover the additional charges in this case as well. 


Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as paints or adhesives), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please contact us if 7 business days go by and your refund has not been routed back to your account.
